A very pleasant and very proficient person and his assistant who were positive and gave full information of the work and investigation whilst it was being carried out. The highlight was the fact that out leak was detected successfully !!!!! Highly recommended and a credit to the Company – LDS -they represented.

I would like to thank LDS for all your help last week in finding the leak at St Anne’s Church, it was exactly where Mark & Lee said it was, we dug the floor up on Monday the heating engineer replaced a length of pipe and 2 bends on Wed. what a relief we would never have found it without the help of LDS Thank you.

Just wanted to say a big thank you for sending Barry to detect my leak today. He detected the leak and reassured me that there is nothing to worry about and that it would soon be resolved. Also, at my request he turned the water mains off, which is the first time in ages that I cannot hear running water under the floor, which has kept me awake for the last 3 nights. Once again a big thank you for sending such an experienced man I was delighted with the service.

Engineer Chris was excellent, arrived promptly, very professional, clearly very experienced and detected a hidden leak in pipe work under screed/tiles which proved tricky. Bernie was excellent and diligent and I wish I had known about your company 2 years ago-we could have saved ourselves a lot of time and stress.Bernie is excellent and very professional. He is very experienced and conscientious spending 6 hours approx at the property ascertaining the location of leaks. I am very impressed.

Both engineers were fantastic. I was incredibly worried but they put me at ease and talked me through the process. My insurance company had previously said I was not insured but they encouraged me to revisit this and due to their knowledge and expertise, I have done so and my claim has been accepted.

Called this morning and confirmed an appointment for several days hence. Mark called a short while later offering an appointment this pm following a cancellation. Chris turned up early afternoon and quickly but discreetly got to work. After a short while the source of the leak was identified. An expensive service but well worth the money to avoid unnecessary damage to the house trying to find the leak. Great job. Thanks Chris for being friendly, professional and informative.
