Barry has visited my property this afternoon to undertake a gas test in the hope of moving my insurance claim forward. He took time to explain the process and results to me, which I very much appreciated as I have no technical background, was thorough and very polite and professional. Just had to say how professional, informative and thorough Gareth was. He came to look at my damp wall but let me know what he was doing, why he was doing it, what he was looking for and showed me the results so that I understood what he had found. Because of him, we got a thorough diagnosis of the root cause rather than a series of holes in the wall looking for a non-existent pipe.

A very pleasant and very proficient person and his assistant who were positive and gave full information of the work and investigation whilst it was being carried out. An unexplained water leak led to contacting my insurance company who appointed LDS to inspect the problem. I expected a quick half-our visit but three-and-a-half hours later Adrian was still working on sourcing the problem.
